Memorandum of Understanding – 09 June 2025
The National Enterprise Network (NEN) and Start and Grow UK have entered a new strategic partnership, underpinned by a shared commitment to strengthening enterprise support and delivering high-quality programmes across the UK. This informal memorandum of understanding sets the stage for a collaborative approach for delivering impactful initiatives across the country, which support start-ups, micro-businesses, SMEs, and local and regional economic growth.
This partnership brings together NEN’s national voice, influence, and member network with Start and Grow UK’s (formerly the Cavendish Consortium), proven delivery capability, financial stability, and programme development expertise. Together, we aim to develop new opportunities and programmes and deliver real outcomes for all stakeholders.
