Our International Impact

We have collaborated on pan-European projects funded by Erasmus+ with international reach and impact, encouraging our members to get involved at every opportunity. Erasmus + is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe.

SmartUp

The project aims to facilitate early stage entrepreneurs and established SME owner-managers with the knowledge and skills needed to identify and interpret early warning signals of business crisis, and to take timely, corrective actions, thereby facilitating growth, or survival, in unpredictable or adverse situations.

Enabling Young Refugee Entrepreneurs

The project aims to facilitate the empowerment of young refugees and asylum seekers, to achieve economic independence and further their social integration as successful entrepreneurs, with the use of three practical resources.

Resources include a good practice guide on tried and tested ways of working with refugees who have an interest in starting their own business, a rapid assessment tool which will give an evaluation of each individuals entrepreneurial aptitude and an online course.

Lean Innovation

Aimed at micro enterprises, the project introduces the lean innovation skillset.

The project offers an alternative route to innovation; a cost-effective, low-tech approach, it prioritises design thinking and agile experimentation to generate value-maximizing products and services, thus helping small businesses grow in spite of their economic conditions. The online platform, learning resources and training events connect you to expert knowledge and advice.

Digital Crossroads

Growing scientific evidence shows that unconstrained use of digital devices can have negative consequences for businesses in terms of productivity/performance and employees’ mental and physical health. DIGITAL CROSSROADS aims to design, develop and implement a new approach to train European SME managers in employee digital wellbeing.

Blockchain Enabling Growth in New Enterprises

The BEGIN project recognises that the business environment is changing rapidly due to developments in digital technology.  Three innovative resources for entrepreneurship educators have been created that include a Blockchain training model for SME’s that allows integration of Blockchain in a way that is not onerous nor is costly.

INDEED

INDEED have created resources that help Entrepreneurship Educators to embrace inclusive digital pedagogy and tools in their training and mentoring

Entrepreneurship educators have a critical role to provide staff with the knowledge and skills training they need to reinvigorate their business models.  The resources developed support educators  to improve their own digital competencies.
